Energy Conservation Policy

1. WATER CONSERVATION

a) Use clean water only as needed.
b) Do not waste or leave unfinished drinking water.

2. PAPER CONSERVATION

a) Use paper only when necessary and apply a paperless approach whenever possible.
b) Ensure minimal errors when performing printing or copying activities.

3. ELECTRICITY CONSERVATION

a) Turn off lights when the room is not in use.
b) Maintain the air conditioner temperature between 20°C – 25°C.
c) Turn off electrical equipment during break time.

4. 3R PRINCIPLE

a) REDUCE – Minimize unnecessary energy consumption.
b) REUSE – Reuse items that are still functional.
c) RECYCLE – Promote and support waste recycling programs.

Alcohol and Drug Abuse Policy

  • Management is responsible for implementing this policy within their respective areas of responsibility and has the authority to take firm and immediate action when necessary.

  • All employees, contractors, and visitors must ensure that they are fit for work and that their performance is not affected by the use or abuse of alcohol or drugs (including over-the-counter medication) that could endanger their own safety or the safety of others.

  • In the event of any violation of this policy, Management will impose disciplinary measures and take strict action against the offenders.
